Administrative Core
The Administrative Core is the operational heart of CREATE. The Administrative Core coordinates communications and meetings, maintains the web site, manages the budgets and is responsible for monitoring studies and assuring compliance with human subjects and regulatory requirements.

Biostatistics Core
The main function of the Biostatistics Core is to ensure methodological rigor and statistical integrity for the studies. The Biostatistics Core provides strong support to the CREATE study teams - sometimes by developing new techniques for studying populations - and is fully involved in all stages of the studies from design to implementation to analysis. In the final years of CREATE,
the Biostatistics Core will use data derived from trials to conduct mathematical modeling of public health interventions in settings beyond the CREATE study sites.
