CREATE is evaluating the most promising interventions to reduce TB incidence in communities with a high prevalence of HIV. The ultimate goal of CREATE, reducing rates of HIV-related TB globally, requires a comprehensive evidence base to document the impact of the novel interventions being evaluated. The results of our interventions are intended to be compelling and unambiguous, so that they form the basis of new evidence-based policies for TB control.
