The Administrative Core is the operations center of CREATE.

With the guidance of the PI, the Administrative Core develops policy and proceedures for the conduct of the consortium's activities.

The three objectives of the core are to facilitate the design, implementation and completion of all community-level interventions, to ensure the safety of human participants, and to facilitate the dissemination of study findings.

Within CREATE, the Administrative Core will ensure efficient use of Biostatistics, Education and Training, and Policy and Advocacy resources, capitalizing on each core’s overall view of consortium activities.
